Course Description

Considering the importance that apps for mobile devices can play in enabling students access to learning contents in and outside classroom, this course will promote letting students “Bring Your Own Device” into classrooms scenarios, increasing learning outcomes and evaluation scores, as well as students’ engagement in learning activities and subjects.

Expected Learning Outcomes:

• To be aware of the pedagogical ICT strategies in the classroom to increase student engagement;
• Use mobile apps to support innovative teaching and learning;
• Share experiences and ideas with teaching peers.

It outlines the needs of the institution/organisation in terms of quality development and internationalisation, and how their planned European activities will meet those needs.

The purpose of the European Development Plan is to ensure that the planned activities are relevant both for the individual participants and for the organisation as a whole, as activities have a higher impact on the quality of teaching and learning when they are well-integrated in the organisation's strategic development.
